Complaints

If any defect in product, client should notify within 3 days of receiving the item otherwise complaint will not be valid.

In case of any complaints, please contact the Store via e-mail: drirenaeris@districtgroup.ae, by phone: +971 2 546 44444 or by correspondence: District General Trading. Addax Tower, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi (PO Box 145511), UAE. You can also fill out the complaint form below and send it to the e-mail or correspondence address. The claimed product must be delivered complete, in which case you must ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any risk of damage during transport. Please send or return the item to us immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the disclosure of the defect. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 14-day deadline.

In the event of a defect, the Consumer may request under the warranty: exchange of the goods for a new one, repair of the goods, reduction of the price, withdrawal from the contract if the defect of the goods is significant. The consumer should specify his request in relation to the advertised product. The Seller will respond to the Consumer's requests no later than within 14 days. Goods not complying with the contract should be sent to the address District General Trading. Addax Tower, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi (PO Box 145511) UAE, at the expense of the Seller.

Your data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and after its completion for a period required by law or longer, if it is necessary to determine and pursue any claims. You are entitled to request access to, correct, remove, restrict the use of and transfer your personal data. You have the right to object to the processing of your data, lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e UAE Governing Law., and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.
