Twist or cut the tab at the top to open the capsule. Apply the concentrate gently over your cleansed face. Follow with an appropriate cream as soon as fully absorbed (after 30-60 sec.). For a dramatic improvement in the appearance of your skin, follow an intensive regimen, using one capsule daily, preferably at bedtime, for at least 45 days. In order to keep your skin healthy and youthful, use the capsules preventively 2–3 times per week.
